Terms for business customers

1. Service

FlightGuard for teams lets a company monitor its employees' flights and receive alerts about cancellations, diversions and delays. The risk score is an estimate and not a guarantee.

2. Trial and subscription

The Team plan starts with a 14-day free trial without a payment card. After the trial, the subscription is €29 per month or €290 per year, billed in advance through Stripe. Without an active subscription the workspace becomes read-only; data is kept.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods.

4. Roles under the GDPR

The customer is the controller of its travelers' personal data; FlightGuard acts as processor. A standard data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request.

5. Liability

Alerts depend on third-party flight data and may be late or missing. FlightGuard is not liable for travel decisions made on the basis of the service.
