Questions

  1. What is an active traveler?

    Someone with at least one monitored flight in the month. People who do not travel that month do not count.

  2. What happens after the trial?

    Subscribe to keep alerts running. If you do not, your workspace becomes read-only: nothing is deleted.

  3. What is the risk score?

    The score is an estimate from historical and live signals, useful to spot flights worth watching. The alerts on cancellations, diversions and delays are based on live flight status.

  4. Where is the data and is it GDPR compliant?

    Data is hosted on Cloudflare. EU data localization is being set up before general availability: ask us for the current status. We act as processor for your team's data; a standard DPA is available on request.
